1) Featured Product - Valve Spring Tester

Our Valve Spring Testers are available either as a Manual tester or Automatic (pneumatic) tester. The automatic tester can be outfitted to provide up to 2500 lbs of force (or higher) to precisely test the huge springs used in today's top drag racing classes. The manual tester can be purchased with either a very easy Basic version of the software, and a full featured Plus version. The automatic testers all come with the Plus version.

Our latest version of our popular Valve Spring Tester software is Version 1.1 C. If you already have one of our Valve Spring Testers, click on Help at the top of the main screen, then About Valve Spring Tester to see what version you have.

A list of major improvements in v1.1 C include:

Make reports of spring heights which produce various forces, like at 10 lb increments.
4 Test Types to allow for springs with "bent" force curves (like 2 stage springs, or very non-linear springs like tapered or "bee hive"), or not compressing the spring into coil bind.Assign individual Seated Spring Heights for each spring to allow for variations in heads, valves, retainers, etc.
There is a new Preference setting which will eliminate error messages if the Open or Seated Heights you have entered for a spring are incorrect. In previous versions the program could ask 10 or more questions about improper settings. For example, now the program just reports 0 for the Open Height Force if the spring encounters coil bind before the Open Height is reached.
Many new features to rename, copy, delete, or merge folders (groups of files).
Files and folders you delete are now sent to the Recycle Bin, so they can be retrieved if you made a mistake.
